Administers the firmās Leave of Absence Program which includes drafting and/or updating policies, consulting with employees, ensuring the Family and Medical Leave Act and other state requirements are met, approving disability leaves, communicating with supervisors regarding employeesā status, contacting physicians and labor attorneys, when necessary, as well as working with long-term disability and workersā compensation insurance carriers on claim disputes. The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
