Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, production, technical operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to stay productive and goal-oriented on a schedule Comfortable learning and operating computer systems, software, and electronic equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, technology, media, or a related field is a plus Experience with media production, electronics, photography, audio/video equipment, or archival work is a plus.
