Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or related field; Master's preferred 3+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, and/or grants management (K-12, charter, or nonprofit preferred) Preferred certifications: PHR,SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Experience managing federal/state compliance reporting and grant administration (e.g., Title I, II, III, IV, IDEA) Strong knowledge of employment laws and experience handling employee relations and investigations Proven ability to build and manage systems and processes for compliance and accountability Compensation DPAC staff members are provided with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a working environment that includes the necessary technology and resources to succeed.
