About the Role:The Total Compensation Benefits Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for the City's employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and vendor partnerships while ensuring programs remain competitive, fiscally responsible, and aligned with employee needs. As a City employee, the Total Compensation Benefits Managerparticipates in the North Carolina Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System (NCLGERS), which includes a 6% pre-tax employee contribution and a City-funded employer contribution, with vesting after five years.
