ā¢Bilingual a plus.
ā¢Ability to become ServSafe certified.
ā¢Demonstrated success working with diverse individuals and groups on complex community issues.
ā¢Passion for the Foodbank mission and the ability to demonstrate SLAFB's Core Values: Stewardship, Teamwork, Agility and Respect.
ā¢Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢Proficient with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
ā¢Experience with or the ability to quickly learn Tableau or other mapping software required.
ā¢Ability to think strategically while acting tactically.
ā¢Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
ā¢Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ā¢Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance and be willing to travel within the St. Addressing client and community concerns as it relates to direct distributions.
ā¢Serve as support for the Equitable Access Supervisor and other Foodbank programs as needed.
ā¢Assist foodbank staff, volunteers, interns and AmeriCorps members with direction and support.
ā¢Attend program-related training conferences and workshops as appropriate.
ā¢Other duties as assigned.
