As the Human Resources Generalist, you will lead the daily administration of core human resources functions, including employee relations, HR operations, record management, and special initiatives, while ensuring full compliance with GSF policies as well as federal and state labor regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provide guidance, support, and issue resolutions for employees on a wide range of HR topics, including new hire orientation, benefits counseling, payroll, safety practices, drug and alcohol testing, and workplace conduct policies.
