The Manager partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, managers, employees, brokers, TPAs, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered effectively, compliantly, and with a strong focus on employee experience. Serves as a critical partner in the development and execution of the organization's Total Rewards strategy by fostering collaboration across Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, operationally effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
