The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plans, coordinates, performs, and participates in the daily activities and administrative functions of the human resources program that include: compensation and benefits administration, staffing, employee relations, employee orientation, credentialing, training and development, HR policy development and administration, performance management, compliance and records management, professional development, and special projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Payroll systems; Internet software; Human Resource systems and Contact Management systems.
