Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner • Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate prior to working at Moody Center • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar capacity is preferred.
