What you'll be doing Demand Planning & Forecasting Support Assist in developing short- and mid-term demand forecasts for GPUs, servers, networking, and supporting infrastructure Translate commercial pipeline and expansion plans into hardware demand models Support scenario modeling for capacity expansion and regional demand analysis Improve forecast accuracy through data analysis and process refinement GPU & Component Supply Analysis Build and maintain supply visibility models across GPU vendors and OEMs Track allocation risks, lead times, and region-specific supply constraints Monitor supply concentration risks and support mitigation strategy development Assist with allocation decisions across global datacenter regions Inventory & Capital Efficiency Analyze inventory levels, turns, aging, and capital utilization Identify excess or underutilized hardware and recommend rebalancing strategies Support buffer stock optimization and spare pooling initiatives Maintain reporting on inventory position and capital efficiency metrics Regional Coordination & Deployment Readiness Support cross-region allocation analysis to balance customer demand and hardware availability Assist with new datacenter launches from a hardware readiness perspective Analyze logistics and import/export constraints affecting deployment timelines Data, Reporting & Analysis Build and maintain dashboards covering demand versus supply position, GPU allocation status, and inventory health Prepare analysis to support supply chain decisions Partner with Finance on hardware forecasting and capital planning alignment Support risk modeling and sensitivity analysis for supply planning KPIs Forecast accuracy Inventory turns and aging Stranded capital risk Procurement lead time visibility About You 3-6 years of experience in supply chain coordination, demand planning, or procurement operations Experience in datacenter, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale environments Exposure to GPU-based supply chains or hardware procurement is beneficial Understanding of hardware lifecycle economics in capital-intensive environments Experience working with OEMs, hardware vendors, and logistics providers Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling SQL skills and comfort working with operational datasets Familiarity with supply chain planning systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or NetSuite Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI * Strong communication skills with the ability to support executive-level analysis What we can offer you At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
