As a Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, eager, and positive.\n \nAssistant Manager's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\n\n Completing prep\n Managing busy rushes\n Training new employees\n Completing weekly inventory and paperwork audits\n Actively Communicating with the GM about the needs of the store\n \nRequirements, Skills, and Abilities:\n\n Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours a week\n At least 18 years of age\n Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat\n Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store\n Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision\n Ability to key close (or key open based on the store's individual needs)\n \nCompensation:\n\n Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance available\n One week of paid time off during the first year of employment.
