Areas of responsibility include providing career advising/support through one-on-one and group advising appointments; coordination of training and professional development for students and supervisors taking part in University Student Employment for on-and-off-campus student jobs and work-study; provision of leadership for department hiring, training, development and supervision of undergraduate Career Influencers; leadership and management of the Career Champions program for faculty and staff, direction and support for department initiatives related to career development for undergraduate and graduate students; outreach and communications to areas of responsibility.
