Provide education and training to staff in prescriptive plans and best practices in working with adults with autism spectrum disorders including, but not limited to, daily living skills, self-care, communication, social skill development and opportunities for leisure activities that are based within ISP goals and objectives in accordance with the Monarch Model. You will report to the Assistant Director and/or the Director of Supported Living Services and will be responsible for all aspects of the program's operations, including creating and implementing innovative programming and supports for adults with autism.
