p>Incumbents in this positions will be expected to climb (Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms); balance (Maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow or slippery, surfaces); stoop or crouch (by bending body downward and forward while bending the body at the spine and/or waist); kneel (by bending at the knee to come to rest on one or two knees); reach, stand, walk (moving about on foot to accomplish tasks); pull, lift, use fingering and grasping, feeling, talk (to express or exchange ideas); hear (perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels); and make repetitive motions. Under the general direction of the Women's Volleyball Head Coach, assist in all aspects of an NCAA Division III women's volleyball program including student-athlete recruitment, recruiting coordination, scheduling, team travel, scouting opponents, practice planning, equipment, marketing, and administration of the women's volleyball program in full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
