Examples of specialized experience includes comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of federal, state, agency and local housing policies, requirements, administrative practices and procedures to perform broad management planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordination of management resources for effective and efficient operation and use of housing facilities and implementation of housing policies; Skills in negotiating broad program issues with PH property management, developers, financial management, community officials, other DoD, and Air Force agencies and residents. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Housing Program Manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and managing the technical and administrative operations d the Housing Flight for Privatized Housing (PH), leased housing, housing referral and relocation services, General Officer (GO) units, and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH).
