Assemble commercial units and accessories accurately and efficiently • Inspect work during assembly and complete required quality documentation • Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions • Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools safely and correctly • Meet build schedules and estimated labor hours • Support insulation and production needs as required • Complete documentation such as non-conformance reports, part shortages, and engineering changes • Participate in cross-training and stay current on build processes • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Take initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and workspaces • Remain flexible and assist with other tasks as production demands change.
