li style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'arial' , sans-serif">Programmatic Oversight/ LEAP Partner Agency Requirements: Monitoring, evaluating, and managing all aspects of a program to ensure its quality, effectiveness, and alignment with stated goals; Ensure all funder and regulatory agency data requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner,
Budget Adherence: Ensure and track that the budget and expenses are aligned and maintained within the organizational financial guidelines, including staffing, supplies, and other expenses.
Stakeholder Management: Work cooperatively with school leadership (Principals, APs, etc.) and LEAP staff/departments (Managing Director, Program Ops Team, Finance Team, etc.) to assess school needs, evaluate budget, plan programming, share evaluation tools, and oversee quality delivery.
