Communicate store repair needs to Store Manager\n Immediately handle emergencies in Store Manager's absence, in accordance with Company guidelines\n Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns\n Communicate any policy violations and Teammate or Guest concerns to Store Manager, District Manager, and/or Human Resources in a timely, confidential manner\n Understand and apply the Buckle's Code of Ethics and all Buckle's policies, procedures, and handbooks.\n \nSupervisory and Leadership \n\n Support Store Manager by planning and leading the Team, daily reviewing with Teammates and participation in Team meetings\n Partner with Store Manager to ensure that all OnBoarding new hire paperwork is promptly and accurately completed\n Prepare to be a Store Manager by collaboratively supervising Teammates in their store location with supervision from store management. \nSupervisory Responsibilities \n \nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\n \nEducation and/or Experience \n \nBachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n \nPhysical Demands \n \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
