Responsibilities of a MARKET AREA MANAGER will include, but not limited to: Manage the growth, quality and financial success of multiple branches while providing excellent customer service Ensure the branches have a strong bench of operational substructure grow, retain and renew contractual revenue Analyze, track and budget financials data to ensure financial success while enhancing the market reputation Develops and implements strategic market objectives Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly Reviews P&Ls and Financial Statements regularly Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers Meets with key clients, maintaining high level relationships and negotiating and closing deals Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly, includes quality inspections Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Companys mission Are you the right fit for this role?
