Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and Directors of Nursing, the House Supervisor is responsible for facilitating PCS departmental operations through the coordination and supervision of direct patient care on all nursing units. Delegates tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members, patient care and department activities in accordance with the Kansas State Nurse Practice Act.
p>KEY ATTRIBUTES:
li>Supervise and schedule kitchen staff in accordance with staffing guidelines and forecasted labor costs and edit all employee hours worked for payroll purposes. This includes supervising kitchen employees to ensure that daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning list are being completed effectively.
p>Under the general supervision of the Nutritional Services Manager, Department Director, and/or the Clinical Dietitians, supervises and coordinates the morning and evening activities of assigned staff preparing for and serving foods to the Medical Center patients, and Meals on Wheels Clients.

Skills: Qualified applicants must be age 18 or over, must be able to direct a staff, must be able to consistently exercise sound discretion, must be able to memorize basic job routines, must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively, must be able to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, counting change correctly, and handling, organizing and balancing money and credit card charge slips. The Supervisor supervises employees in the job set-up, during the shift, as well as the close of the shift: catering/delivery coordinator, order taker,cashier, chip and pickle, all front and back line positions, and delivery driver .
p>Overview We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor (Weekend Shift: Saturday - Tuesday 6:00am to 4:30pm) at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing materials, equipment and supplies by directing receiving, warehouse, inventory and distribution staff.
p>Manage shift operation of facility, including production and packaging of finished goods, personnel, labor cost control, waste control, and food safety.
