div>What You'll Do: Execute building open and close procedures including warehouse and inbound yard walks to verify physical security; oversee daily warehouse operations including package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure smooth and on-time execution.
Independently assess associate and driver performance and production rates, providing timely direct feedback during shifts and escalating unresolved concerns to the Warehouse Manager; support ongoing associate development through coaching and skill-building conversations; assist the Warehouse Manager in conducting ride-along evaluations, documenting findings and contributing to structured feedback delivery.
