WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING AN AREA SUPERVISOR - Bilingual Preferred
Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience

Location: Broward & Palm Beach Counties
Responsibilities: Supervise, work, train and apply disciplinary actions when necessary. This positions’ main goal is to oversee and assist employees with the cleanliness of the property. Duties may include:
- Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning personnel in condominium and homeowner association properties.
- Direct all general cleaning operations to ensure safety and proper usage of chemicals, equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Determine and maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment. Requisitions cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
- Work experience in a related occupation.
- Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, equipment, and supplies used in large scale janitorial activities.
- Drive to different locations to delivery supplies, check for crew coverage, give special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
The supervisor may also be needed to perform janitorial tasks to assist the employees they supervise such as:
- Pick up trash and debris and dispose
- Clean building by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Clean building restrooms, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by NFS
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employee.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 20 to 25 lbs without assistance.
Related Work Experience: One (1) year related work experience
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required (Not all locations are accessible by public transit)
Drug and Background screening is required!
