Able to read, analyze, and interpret complex clinical or business journals, financial reports or legal document and respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints from patients, regulatory agencies, staff and members of the business community; write persuasive correspondence, effectively present information to top management, able to perform complex math functions to include calculating percentages, averages, volume, ratio and interpreting graphs; define problems, collect data, establish facts, valid conclusions; deal with concrete and abstract concepts and interpret verbal, nonverbal and written instructions. Bachelor of Science in Nursing and five (5) years’ experience in clinical cardiac cath lab or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field with one of the following: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) and two years of leadership experience, BLS and ACLS required.
