A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or another closely related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the regulation of Commission-jurisdictional utilities involving accounting, auditing, finance, economics, engineering, ratemaking, regulatory policy, utility operations, or related regulatory work.
