Responsibilities Lead the Heartland territory of approximately $115MM in revenue across all lines of business Develop field team sales associates across the territory Train MDM and OTMs to successfully manage their respective markets Deliver plan, grow volume, increase sales, and drive key initiatives Grow top foodservice accounts in the territory across all channels Wire with national and regional distributor leadership across opsites in the area to unlock growth and close voids Accelerate AOP Priorities: Potato Chip, Permissible, Macrosnacks, Meals Prospect to secure new business to meet region's new business target Provide field knowledge and competitive information to Region Director and leadership team Coach and develop team on critical selling and leadership capabilities Collaborate with PBNA AFH selling teams to unlock Po1 opportunities Right-size resources within the team to ensure adequate account coverage and service levels Support Region employee engagement and capability strategy to improve satisfaction, retention, labor relations, and diversity Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver Region objectives (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, National Account & Distributor Teams) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
