Responsible for receiving, informing, and giving information in a timely manner related to issues such as safe work practices, work schedules or delays, wasted resources, errors not readily apparent or easy to detect, non-compliance to procedures, and work processes or procedures that could improve performance or reduce cost. Provides job coaching and directs training to improve individual’s performance (e.g., training on policies and procedures, sanitary and safety regulations, and performs cost estimates, inventory, and requisitions of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies to maintain efficient operations.
