Currently, we have a New Accounts/CSR II, CSR III, or Senior level opportunity with a fast-growing financial institution recognized for its strong community presence, innovative banking solutions, and commitment to supporting both clients and employees with exceptional service and career growth opportunities.

The New Accounts/CSR II, CSR III, or Senior level is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
Senior New Accounts/CSR III
  • Open and manage consumer and complex business accounts.
  • Cross-sell banking products and services to existing and new clients.
  • Maintain and close account types while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide exceptional client service and refer customers to appropriate departments.
  • Support business clients with Treasury Services, such as RDC (Check Scanner), Armored, and Courier Service.
  • Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements.
New Accounts/CSR III
  • Open and support consumer and basic business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of bank products and compliance regulations.
  • Process teller transactions and maintain a strong balancing record.
  • Perform compliance reviews and document all account details accurately.
  • Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory policies.
New Accounts/CSR II
  • Open consumer checking and savings accounts.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right banking products.
  • Perform teller transactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to all clients.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Senior New Accounts/CSR III
  • Minimum three years of banking teller experience.
  • Advanced experience with opening consumer and complex business accounts.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA regulations and information security.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
New Accounts/CSR III
  • Minimum two years of banking teller experience.
  • Experience with opening consumer and basic business accounts.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Working knowledge of BSA regulations and information security.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
New Accounts/CSR II
  • Minimum one year of banking teller experience.
  • Beginner-level experience opening consumer accounts (basic business account experience is a plus).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide top-notch client service.
Pay Rate Range:
  • New Accounts/CSR II: $20 - $23 per hour
  • New Accounts/CSR III: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour
  • Senior New Accounts/CSR III: $24.00 - $31.90 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
