Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between end users and application development teams while maintaining the interests of end users; • Perform Medical Imaging commercial off-the-shelf applications maintenance, testing and validation • Develop and implement approaches for the use of software applications as they apply to individual users and study teams; • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and other documentation for projects • Ensure medical imaging system design, interface functionality, and clinical processes are coordinated and functioning effectively • Deliver hands-on training for medical imaging applications to internal and external users • Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus • Write SQL queries to interact with reporting database when setting up data feeds and integrations, and • Perform other system-related tasks to meet company objectives. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Information Systems (or a related field) or Life Sciences and 3 years of experience in the clinical research industry or 3 years of experience as a system administration in a health care field; • Good organizational skills, very detail oriented, flexible, and possess good communication skills; • Ability to interact with staff and external users from multiple countries; • Must be able to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific requirements that may differ from project to project; • Competent in installation and troubleshooting of software; • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies/applications; • Familiar with field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Medpace Overview.
