ADVANCED: Create and edit macros; conditional formatting; apply data validation criteria; able to protect, share and merge files; trace cells and troubleshoot formula errors; uses data lists outline; consolidate date and link workbooks; export and import text files and XML data; import data from the Web and create queries; analyze data using trend line, spark lines and scenarios. Primary responsibilities of a Docket Specialist include the following: (1) Docket Management; (2) Court Case File Management and Maintenance; (3) Court Order Docketing; (4) Court Filing Processing; (5) Risk Protection Order Intakes; (6) Schedule and Reschedule Court Hearings; (7) Reception support; and (8) Perform other intake, court related and administrative duties as assigned.

Docket Specialist (Domestic Violence) - Lee County

The position will facilitate the movement of case-related matters by processing legal documents; creating and maintaining files; maintaining follow-up with outside agencies, courtroom personnel and internal offices; providing procedural information to parties as needed; scheduling hearings in various databases; performing case intake when needed; performing secretarial work exercising initiative and judgment in making decisions; reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy and format, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation; answering or directing telephone inquiries; receiving, sorting and distributing mail; ordering supplies; and performing data entry. While performing the duties of this position you are regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, frequently required to feel, reach with hands and arms, taste, or smell, occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
