• Experience handling complex workers' compensation claims

• Represent injured employees in North Carolina workers' compensation claims
• Manage cases across all phases, including pre-litigation, discovery, settlement negotiations, and appeals
• Litigate cases before the Deputy Commissioner, Full Commission, and North Carolina Court of Appeals
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through the legal process with clarity and confidence
• Oversee and collaborate with case managers and paralegals
