In this role, you’ll use advanced clinical knowledge and judgment to manage complex situations, coordinate care, and take accountability for outcomes—all while being part of a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a positive and balanced work environment. As a Community Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide both direct and indirect care to participants across the continuum, working independently under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services or designee.
