Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, policies, education, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, social and activity services, government relations, etc., as they relate to the long-term care operation. The primary purpose of your job position is to develop, coordinate, direct and administer policies and procedures relating to all phases of admissions, as well as to oversee the Admissions Department, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator.
