Physical Requirements: + Primarily office‑based with periodic presence in manufacturing and lab environments to support engineering, operations, and product development activities + Regular use of computer systems and digital collaboration tools to review technical data, designs, and reports + Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through in‑person meetings, virtual platforms, and written correspondence + Occasional travel and participation in customer, supplier, or industry meetings as required .
