Key Duties • Open new escrow orders and input closing statement information into internal systems • Prepare closing documents and coordinate file documentation for residential transactions • Manage disbursement of funds and complete follow-up activities for escrow closings • Communicate requirements, documentation needs, and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders • Interpret purchase agreements and related contracts to ensure accurate document preparationMinimum Qualifications • 2+ years of escrow experience within residential real estate transactions • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple filesEquipment & Work Environment • Office-based environment; 100% onsite • Frequent computer use including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Use of title and escrow operating systems (title production software, closing platforms) • Regular communication via phone and email with clients and internal teamsLegal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
