Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, mobility, and incontinence care • Provide compassionate, personalized care • Maintain accurate documentation and follow resident service plans • Communicate daily with Resident Services team to support continuity of care • Promote safety for residents, visitors, and employees • Support operations and programming within Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.
