This position also includes posting jobs, placing ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, candidate testing, business and personal reference checks, education verification, criminal background checks, scheduling drug screens; arranging travel and lodging for applicants, and facilitates relocation requirements; extending job offers, negotiating start pay, bonuses, vacation, and other incentives; position control and maintaining associate data in HRIS system; applicant orientation to company and company benefits and initial new hire processing; and any administrative necessities associated with the recruiting and hiring process. This includes but is not limited to performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job requirements using networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media computer databases, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
