WHAT IT TAKES 3+ years of residential property management experience with on-site team leadership 1-2 years of multi-site or portfolio-level experience Comfortable with RealPage, Yardi, or similar property management software Solid grasp of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing requirements Strong financial skills — budgeting, NOI, variance analysis, forecasting Proven ability to coach and develop on-site teams and managers Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders and sites Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between sites Comfortable spending roughly half your time on-site across the portfolio rather than based at one community THE PERKS!
