ul>Provides guidance and support to staff, program managers and investigators in the area of sponsored programs including, but not limited to, reviewing the financial terms and conditions of agreements; ensures expenditures are allowable, allocable and appropriate; provides financial reports in a timely and accurately manner; submits requests for cash drawdowns; and monitors effort reporting and cost sharing. Provides advanced post-award support for complex awards and contracts, which includes award set-ups, financial reporting, invoicing, monitoring expenditures, managing cost sharing, managing collections, requesting and posting federal fund drawdowns and re-budgeting.
