The Income Tax Analyst (II) has primary responsibilities for tax analysis and supporting documentation related to US Federal and state income tax returns, completion of tax research projects, income tax provision preparation under ASC 740, provide assistance as needed for federal and state tax audits, and participation in various Federal and state tax planning initiatives. + Assist with preparation and analysis of issues related to income tax accounting pursuant to ASC 740, including documentation and calculations surrounding uncertain tax positions, tax account reconciliations and other tax projects and initiatives as assigned.
