Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, · Demonstrated proficient skills in leading, coaching and engaging people, · Demonstrated ability to interact with varying levels of management and staff both internal and external, building trust, gaining consensus and resolving conflicts, · May be expected to present assessments, reports, plans, status updates, and issues to Senior Management to federal sponsors, · Ability to work in a diverse work environment, · Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening in accordance with Federal requirements (details below), · Ability to fulfill and promote L&A corevalues. · Position typically requires a recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, or specialized courses in project management, and/or fifteen (15) years experience in two or more of the following functions: project management, engineering, construction, project controls and procurement work leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge described above, or any combination of education and experience.
