Creating and implementing student enrollment strategic plans to meet enrollment targets; Establishing and upholding clear student lottery processes and supporting execution across campuses; Designing and leading training for school-based staff to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution of enrollment practices across campuses; Partnering closely with the Director of Student Application Strategy to align campus-level support and enrollment execution based on differentiated campus needs (School Tiers); Partnering closely with the Student Outreach Data Manager to ensure all enrollment systems are properly configured, tested, and ready for application launch and lottery execution; Collaborating with, and ensuring accountability of school-based staff to ensure the successful execution of enrollment activities and procedures; Auditing campus lottery and enrollment practices to ensure compliance with YES Prep and Texas Education Agency policies; Troubleshooting lottery and enrollment issues throughout the year to ensure continuity of enrollment operations; Supporting Directors of Campus Operations and Lottery Coordinators with policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistent execution across campuses. Building and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders within YES Prep (Marketing, Communications, campus leadership, C-Suite, etc.) to ensure alignment; Meeting with school leaders and Directors of School Operations to present critical enrollment data insights, inform decision-making, and drive student enrollment progress; Developing key metrics to track and analyze all data regarding student enrollment benchmarks and goals; Providing regular updates on progress towards goals to campus teams, campus leadership, and Home Office Leadership (including C-Suite).
