Develops and implements strategic planning for the aquatic facilities and programs including managing all aspects of the execution of aquatics program activities; organize staffing requirements, scheduling, registration, safety personnel, evaluation, develops a system for handling participant complaints and difficulties. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, preferably in Recreation Administration, Leisure Management, Physical Education, Sports Administration or related field; Master's degree in related fields preferred.
