Ogletree’s Cleveland office has an opportunity for an experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice. This role will be responsible for defending claims from inception to final resolution, including administrative hearings, Violation of Specific Safety Requirement (“VSSR”) claims, and litigation including appeals. Qualified candidates must be able to serve as lead counsel on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
