Client Intake and Consultation.
Claim Investigation: Thoroughly investigate the accident scene, gather evidence like medical records, witness statements, and employment documents to support the claim.
Communication with Insurance Companies.
Legal Research and Advocacy: Stay updated on Nouth Carolina workers' compensation laws and case precedents.
Representing Employers.
Negotiating Settlements.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
Strong understanding of North Carolina Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
Experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage client expectations
