Seasonal | Nights & Weekends | Competitive Pay + Bonuses
You have 1+ years experience operating a front end loader or Tractor
You’re confident behind the controls of a front-end loader, Skid Steer, or Tractor
You can operate heavy equipment in tough winter conditions — safely and skillfully.
You take pride in keeping roads, lots, and commercial sites clear and operational.
Operate loaders, Skid Steers, or Tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites.
Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet.
Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
A valid chauffeurs driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays as needed).
Tough, reliable, and always on time – no matter what the weather throws your way.
