Servpro Team Wilson!The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects andassigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customersatisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staffdevelopment. This front-line management position leads their team to operationalexcellence.Primary Responsibilities Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction. Provide priority response to potential customers. Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects. Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage Production/Restoration expenses. Manage equipment and materials (assets). Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk managementguidelines. Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restorationexpertise. Other tasks/duties as required by the employer.Physical RequirementsFrequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasionaljobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving,sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carryingobjects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes orairborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extremeconditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment andjobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator fortheir safety.Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Industry certifications strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations. Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.Pay $25/hr Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:This is a part-time position working primarily Saturday and Sunday, no more than 20 hoursper week. Travel is required within Jefferson and Shelby County to customer residences andplaces of business.
