This role partners closely leadership team to drive sustainable growth, ensure financial health, support strategic decision-making, and managing relationships with banks and lenders to optimize financial performance. 

VP of Finance Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, and long-range financial plans.
• Manage and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for credit facilities, lines of credit, and loan agreements.
• Negotiate bank terms, fees, and credit arrangements to optimize cost of capital.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
• Oversee accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and financial controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Making recommendations to business stakeholders.

VP of Finance Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in a financial leadership position.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required.
• Strategic financial leadership.
• Financial modeling and forecasting.
• Risk management and internal controls.
• Business partnering and executive communication.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Change management and scalability mindset.
