What You'll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver items promptly, and ensure accuracy
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic dining environment
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle payments accurately and follow all cash‑handling procedures
• Represent the spirit of Vitascope - upbeat, welcoming, and guest‑focused

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a lively setting

• Previous serving experience in a full‑service restaurant preferred

• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events

• AM Shifts: 10:00am to 6:00pm

• PM Shifts: 5:00pm to 11:00pm

• Shifts may vary based on business

• A team‑first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
