Position Overview
Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.

Schedule
Schedule is typically 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Current needs are:
Monday from 8am-7pm
Thursday from 9am-7:15pm
Friday from 8am-7pm
Saturday from 7:45am-5:15pm
Schedule does sometime change every few months or so if needed with others'' school schedules. Ideal candidate would be flexible with a schedule change with a lot of notice.
Ideal candidate would be available to train for 4-6 weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays and then after training move to Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays for a long term schedule.
