The Varsity Girl's Golf Coach will help in supervising and instructing the high school girl's golf team of assignment, which is important to the student-athletes' success in reaching their full potential in the classroom and on the course.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee training of girl's golf players in conjunction with the other coaches.
Develop training plans for girl's golf players in conjunction with the other coaches.
Assist in overseeing the running of specific events as needed at home matches as directed by Director of Activities.
Contribute to game line-up planning with other coaches.
Attend and coach at all practices.
Attend and coach at all matches.
Assist other coaches in monitoring team members' practice attendance, school attendance, meet attendance and grades
Responsible for equipment and uniform inventory
Assist other coaches in monitoring team members' practice attendance, school attendance, meet attendance and grades
Manage program budget organize and fundraising efforts for the volleyball program.
Responsible for the database of season individual and team records from year to year.
Responsible for equipment and uniform inventory.
Coordinate competition and practice schedules with the Director of Activities.
Coordinate off-season training and conditioning for the volleyball program
Assist other coaches in enforcing team policies.
Responsible for providing student-athletes feedback about their performance related to their disposition, behavior and team skills.
Successful completion of the required WIAA Rules Exam for girl's golf for the fall sports season.
